Job Summary
Platform Administrator Co-op supporting enterprise cloud-based and SaaS analytics platforms (Power BI, Reltio, Informatica). Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, assist with root-cause analysis, manage user access and permissions, and document issues and procedures. Collaborate with BI, AI, Data Engineering, and Platform teams in an Agile environment; gain hands-on experience in cloud architecture and platform operations, with exposure to production systems and operational best practices. Open to students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate co-op programs seeking real-world assignments with increasing responsibility and mentorship from experienced professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate co-op program
- Major in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Strong interest in cloud technologies and platform operations
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with SQL; exposure to data/analytics tools is a plus
- Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) course or certification is helpful
