Job Summary
Provision, issue, and maintain IT equipment and access to lab environments while managing inventory databases for hardware, software, and licenses. Provide technical support for Virtual Private Networks, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, and Apple products, including troubleshooting assistance and user guidance on accessing secure cloud-based engagement kits. Administer operating systems and ensure timely responses to user needs within the customer's Lab environments. Requires U.S. Citizenship, active DoD Secret clearance, and TS/SCI eligibility. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must have an active DoD Secret clearance, and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability
- 2+ years of experience in lab management or systems administration
- Experience with multiple operating systems, to include Linux/Unix & MacOS
- Experience with imaging workstations
- Ability to provide clear written and oral communication at all levels of the organization
- Experience establishing and maintaining good working relationships in all levels of the organization, including customers, external organizations, internal management, and peers
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- HS Diploma & 4-6 years of directly relevant experience

- Apple products preferred
- Proficiency and proven capability in asset management practices and principles
- Hardware and software provisioning practices
- Authentication and access management technologies
- Experience with virtual desktops (Cisco, Citrix, VMWare, AWS)
- Experience supporting Virtual Private Network (VPNs)
- Experience with writing technical procedures and standard operating procedures
- Virtualization automation and optimization
- DoD 8140.01 IAT Level II
