Job Summary
Platform Administrator – Case Management in Bradford (hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote). Design, configure, and deliver solutions across low-code/no-code SaaS platforms, with primary focus on end-to-end configuration of the ShareDo legal case management platform. Partner with the Lead Case Management Developer to translate complex business requirements into scalable digital workflows, act as a trusted advisor, and explore AI-driven features to improve efficiency and user experience. Responsibilities include designing and configuring workflows, customising forms and fields, extending platform capability through UI widgets and JavaScript, troubleshooting complex issues, delivering high-quality solutions, applying user-centric and lean-delivery practices, and supporting agile ceremonies. The role offers a clear path toward system design, modern web app development, and advanced platform performance. The ideal candidate is an experienced Platform Administrator or transitioning Business Analyst with strong problem-solving, stakeholder translation, end-to-end delivery, and Agile/Scrum knowledge; optional experience with legal case management platforms (ShareDo) and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Platform Administrator or power user within low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, HubSpot)
- Strong background in software delivery or business analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical, detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Experience owning tasks end-to-end, breaking down requirements and estimating delivery
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices
- Desirable Experience with legal case management platforms (ideally ShareDo)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS or JavaScript
- Relevant technical certifications
