Plate Saw Operator

Job Summary
Configure the saw machine by entering instructions, load it with workpieces, and verify settings by measuring positions, first-run parts, and sample workpieces. Maintain specifications by observing operations, detecting malfunctions, and troubleshooting processes. Perform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet company standards. You will read blueprints, use vernier calipers, micrometers, and inch tapes, and operate hand and power tools while applying effective time management. This role requires a mechanically inclined candidate with a background in trades or mechanical education, experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and the ability to maintain confidential information. Full-time employment is available in Saint-Laurent, Montreal, QC.
