Job Summary
Complete minor machines and mold repair, assist maintenance technicians, and set up injection molding machines. Set daily schedules and machine rotations, provide direction to operators, and make decisions regarding quality and departmental performance. Complete daily shift reports, SPC charts, skid tags, and production out sheets while participating in 6s activities. Provide the Plastic's Lean Process Manager with regular updates on shift performance. Work the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm Monday through Friday at the Green Bay manufacturing facility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Mechanically inclined
- previous manufacturing experience
- Team player
- Computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to train on any shift
- Positive Attitude
- Working in areas where it can get warm
- Working in a smoke free environment
- Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
- 2nd Shift position
- Hours are 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday
- Shift premium of $2.00/hour
- Overtime during busy season
