Job Summary
Manage and optimize plastic injection molding processes to ensure efficient production while maintaining molds and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. Set up molds and adjust processes for optimal performance, ensuring smooth operation of the manufacturing floor with safety and quality in mind. Gain exposure to all facets of the manufacturing process and take ownership of projects to contribute to continuous improvement. Requires five years of injection molding experience, familiarity with machinery setup and troubleshooting, and mold maintenance skills. Full-time role with training available for machine shop equipment.
Required Qualifications

- Experienced with machinery set up, troubleshooting, and process optimization
- Able to maintain and repair molds
