Job Summary
Conduct plastic and reconstructive surgery within a high-growth environment featuring a 90% general practice mix and 10% microvascular caseload, with a strong focus on breast reconstruction. Cultivate trusted referral relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimum patient care. Maintain eligibility for Texas medical licensure and utilize seamless workflows supported by Epic EMR. This employed position offers a competitive salary, productivity bonus, and no state income tax within Baylor Scott & White's award-winning integrated health care system in Round Rock.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon
- Experienced plastic surgeon
- Residency-trained in Plastic Surgery
- Eligible for Texas medical licensure
- Ready to join a system with seamless workflows supported by Epic EMR
Desired Qualifications
- at least 3 years preferred
- microvascular reconstruction fellowship is a plus
- Strong passion for breast reconstruction
