Job Summary
Plastic Surgery Care Coordinator to coordinate patient consultations and surgical scheduling; guide patients through treatment plans and financing options; maintain consistent communication with patients before and after procedures; build strong patient relationships and provide exceptional customer service; work closely with surgeons, providers and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience; assist with practice growth initiatives and conversion of consultations to procedures; maintain accurate patient records and scheduling systems.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as Plastic Surgery Care Coordinator or Cosmetic Consultant in aesthetic industry preferred
- Strong sales and patient conversion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
