Job Summary
Plastic Surgeon sought to join MercyOne Plastic Surgery in Des Moines for a full-spectrum practice including reconstructive, melanoma, microvascular, facial trauma and cosmetic procedures. Block time in ACS and Hospital OR with APP support in OR/Inpatient/Clinic. Collaborative relationships with Breast, Neuro, Oncology and Bariatric surgeons. Compensation package includes $100,000 sign-on bonus, 2-year income guarantee, paid malpractice and tail coverage, 403(b) match, moving allowance up to $15,000, CME $6,000, Day 1 benefits, 4 weeks ATO, and relocation assistance. MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center described as a level II trauma center with a broad multidisciplinary team and extensive hospital facilities, offering a stable, mission-driven environment in central Iowa.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BC Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon
- Board-certified plastic surgeons
- availability for full-spectrum practice in reconstructive, melanoma, microvascular, facial trauma & cosmetic surgery
