Job Summary
Coordinate the processing of materials and manufacturing of products while directing production team members to develop an effective workforce. Set and process injection molds in molding machines according to scheduling priorities, ensuring conformity to production requirements and quality standards. Organize team allocation based on production demands, oversee training, and troubleshoot processes to maintain ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance. Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with Vandor regulations, inspect equipment for optimum utilization, and manage material changes as needed. This 3rd shift full-time role includes perfect attendance and shift premium incentives, with benefits available after 60 days.
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years of manufacturing experience
- Two years of injection molding experience
- High school diploma / GED
- Ability to read, comprehend and write the English language as it relates to safety, job responsibilities, and other essential communication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong reasoning skills, including the ability to analyze problems and identify, implement and rationalize solutions
- Must be able to lift, push and/or pull objects weighing up to 75 pounds consistently, with heavier weight necessary at times
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend and twist for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work 2nd Shift schedule
