PLASTIC INJECTION MOLD OPERATOR

Job Summary
Set up and operate injection mold machines to shape plastic materials, including purging material, cleaning molds, and performing minor maintenance tasks. Start presses, trim, clean, package, and label parts correctly, while inspecting all produced items for quality and documenting scrap. Handle materials as needed, build packaging for finished goods, and deliver products to shipping. Troubleshoot press malfunctions with appropriate personnel and follow all safety policies and PPE requirements. Stock pallets and materials in preparation for finished goods. First shift (7AM-3:30PM) with overtime expected; high school diploma required with two years of relevant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Material handling certification through the company

- 2-year relevant work experience
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Self-Motivated and able to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Works well in a team environment
