Job Summary
Plastic and Reconstructive Microsurgeon sought to join St. Luke's University Health Network in a hospital-employed Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery division. Candidate will support Level I and II trauma centers with a focus on reconstructive microsurgery, autologous breast reconstruction, head and neck reconstruction, limb salvage, and contemporary aesthetic services. Fellowship-trained microvascular expertise, board certification/eligibility by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and a strong commitment to patient care, teaching, and research are required. Faculty appointments to residency programs and active involvement in teaching and CME opportunities are available, with competitive compensation ($620k-$745k) plus relocation reimbursement and sign-on options. The role emphasizes team-based care, collaboration across services (surgical oncology, orthopedics, wound care, podiatry, vascular, ENT), and ongoing clinical and scholarly activities. Teaching, research, quality improvement, and strategic development opportunities are supported; visa sponsorship is not provided.
