Job Summary
Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and applying appropriate materials, then mix and apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other structures. Create and replicate decorative textures and patterns while repairing and restoring damaged plasterwork to meet quality standards and client specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the job. Ensure all work adheres to safety measures and technical drawings. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.50-£14.90 with 3-year UK visa sponsorship and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a plasterer
- Strong knowledge of plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- High attention to detail and excellent workmanship
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- NVQ Level 2 or 3
Desired Qualifications
- Plastering: 1 year (preferred)
