Job Summary
Plasma Table Programmer / Operator responsible for programming and operating laser and plasma machines, creating programs and CAD drawings, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality control throughout machining processes. Requires CNC/NC programming knowledge, ability to interpret geometric tolerances, maintain equipment maintenance logs, and contribute to process improvements. Must be able to lift 75 lbs and stand for extended periods. Based in New Ulm, MN with on-site work expectations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certificate for a two year technical program in machine tool
- Knowledge of CNC/NC programming
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Ability to stand for 8 hours plus per day
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Willingness to follow QC processes
