Job Summary
Position and clamps work piece against fixtures or to specified point on built in scale. Identify and verify appropriate material, then program machine per written program. Start machine and observe operation, verifying first piece with tape measure, calipers, and other measuring devices to ensure parts conform to print. Examine part for quality, perform minor maintenance, and remain aware of safety considerations. Read blueprints, count parts, and match prints to parts. Report labor hours by entering all applicable information in MieTrak. Follow written and oral instructions. This is a full-time, non-management role at Ernest-Spencer Company in Meriden, KS.
