Job Summary
Senior Operations Supervisor leads donor-center floor operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance to meet throughput, quality, and donor-satisfaction targets. Responsible for shift leadership, coordinating tasks, maintaining inventory, partnering with the Center Manager and Quality team to resolve deviations, ensuring adherence to FDA/OSHA/CLIA/cGMP standards, and supervising donor center staff and other supervisors. Requires ongoing training, documentation accuracy, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement; role includes supervising donor flow, ensuring a high-quality donor experience, and participating in onboarding and cross-training of staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer
- CPR Certified
- Typically requires 6 years of related experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing
