Plasma Classification Certified Inspector

Job Summary
Scanning plasma units with a barcode reader and visually inspecting units to remove those that do not meet requirements; transferring units to sub-shipment, entering statistics, and performing end-of-PU line clearances; maintaining record accountability and following written procedures; monitoring plasma time out of the freezer; processing unsuitable units; and labeling and dispositioning units per SOPs, with emphasis on cGMPs and safe operation in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years’ experience in Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or other FDA licensed Industry is desirable
- Knowledge of cGMPs and Industry Standards
- Ability to follow “Standard Operating Procedures”
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Possess basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
- Basic Computer skills
