Job Summary
Perform as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomy to support plasma center operations; answer phones and greet donors; screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results; maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation; use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and records; identify operational opportunities and initiate changes to center processes using approved procedures; work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; provide excellent customer service while ensuring donor safety and center efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
