Job Summary
Part-time Plasma Center Technician at BioLife/Takeda. Report to Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomy to support center operations. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting donors, screening new and repeat donors, taking and recording donor vital signs and finger stick results, using the Donor Information System, preparing donor charts and maintaining accurate records, coordinating donor compensation, and identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement. Schedule includes a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, with 4–6 hour shifts 3+ days per week; includes paid training and ongoing communication about schedule changes. Must be reliable and able to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; prior customer or patient-facing experience is helpful. Location: USA - AZ - Glendale. This is a part-time, evening/weekend-friendly role within a fast-paced, patient-focused environment offering comprehensive benefits.
