Perform phlebotomy and donor screening at BioLife plasma center; responsibilities include greeting donors, taking donor vital signs and finger stick results, maintaining donor charts, using the Donor Information System, coordinating donor compensation, and contributing to process improvements. Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays; report to Plasma Center Manager; role emphasizes customer service and adherence to safety procedures in a healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role
- Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliability with evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
