Job Summary
Part-time Plasma Center Representative at BioLife/Takeda responsible for donor greeting and screening, phlebotomy support, donor chart maintenance, vital signs, and coordination of donor compensation. Responsibilities include answering phones, ensuring donor and staff safety, using the Donor Information System, and identifying opportunities to improve center processes. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; ability to walk/stand for shifts; availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; potential lifting of up to 50 lbs; prior customer/patient-facing experience is helpful. Shift length 4-6 hours per day, 3+ days per week with various shifts including weekends and holidays.
