Job Summary
Plasma Care Advocate at BioLife/Takeda (part-time). Responsibilities include donor screening and phlebotomy support in the plasma center, greeting and assisting donors, recording vital signs and finger stick results, maintaining donor charts and donor compensation records in the Donor Information System, and identifying opportunities to improve center processes. The role requires customer-service orientation, reliability for a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, and ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally. Ideal candidates have prior customer/patient-facing experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Required Qualifications
