Job Summary
Project memorial plaques from initial sales coordination through to installation by managing documentation, tracking customer journeys, and responding to inquiries via email and phone. Meet face-to-face with clients to guide them through their memorial journey with empathy while updating CRM records and verifying all documentation against guidelines. Act as a brand ambassador by modelling SMCT values and building professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
Required Qualifications
- Act as a brand ambassador by modelling the SMCT values
- Ensure completion and verification of all documentation is in accordance with guidelines
- Track and record the sales journey of each customer to ensure a high level of customer service is provided and maintained from start to end
- Process and respond to client related enquiries including emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Meet with customers face to face to guide and support them through their memorial journey with care and empathy
- Meticulously update computer records in our CRM
- A passion for achieving and exceeding the customer service experience
- The capability to effectively build productive and professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to deliver multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) capabilities
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office package; specifically in word, excel and outlook
- To protect one another it is a requirement that all successful candidates complete background checks
