Job Summary
Provide Planview Portfolios system administration and support while acting as a primary analyst for the Planview PPM software solution. Perform analysis, develop requirements and specifications, and test functionality to support and enhance existing systems and deploy new processes. Communicate and translate business requirements into clear technology initiatives by interacting with technical and business staff to conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all reporting functions and system controls. This role supports the Project/Resource Management Office with a focus on translating objectives into actionable technology initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or equivalent work experience
- Systems/business analysis experience
- Demonstrated experience with Planview Portfolios administration
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of PMO support experience
- Experience working in a Waterfall & Agile project methodologies
