Job Summary
Plant Warehouse Logistics Manager at WK Kellogg Co oversees inventory operations and warehouse logistics to ensure accurate tracking, reconciliation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead and develop Inventory Controllers, review daily inventory activity, partner with transportation and warehouse teams for outbound manifest accuracy, support inventory reporting and period-end processes, drive continuous improvement across warehouse and inventory operations, participate in cross-functional meetings, perform root cause analysis to resolve issues, and manage outbound shipment scheduling and carrier selection to ensure compliance and efficiency. The role requires leading a team, coordinating with multiple functions, and leveraging SAP and warehouse systems to optimize operations; experience with Lean principles, vendor management, and strong communication are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment
- Experience with inventory operations and warehouse processes
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and warehouse systems
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with vendor management
