Job Summary
Learn all onboarding skills to transition into an operational role; rotate through and learn the full process in the mill, clean the main process building, perform yard cleanup, support sustainability efforts, and gain proficiency with equipment through supervised practice. Duties include cleaning, housekeeping, safety and inspections (safety, fire protection, environmental), maintaining grounds, and coordinating with team members; physical work in indoor/outdoor environments and exposure to heat, resin/wood dust, and noise. Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
