Job Summary
Coordinate planning, execution, and evaluation of in-ground, container, and greenhouse plant trials. Lead trial planning, scheduling, and lifecycle coordination; oversee plant care, labeling, and data collection; collaborate with Product Development, Propagation, and Production to advance high-performing plant material. Manage labor coordination, QC of trial spaces, and record-keeping using Mercado and Monday.com. Oversee quarantine, shipments, NDA-compliant tours, and logistics across Oregon sites; support development of cultural information sheets and cross-site communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in growing, trialing, or propagation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Willingness to work extended hours including weekends during peak season
