Plant Transformation Leader – Global Operations

Job Summary
Lead and drive the global improvement agenda across Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality as the Plant Transformation Leader for a multi-site manufacturing network. Partner with the Global Executive Team, Engineering, and Finance to scope and deliver capital projects for new product launches and operational enhancements. Oversee cross-functional, large-scale transformation initiatives—from manufacturing redesign and automation to product-flow optimization and training system modernization—utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies to boost productivity, quality, and scalability. Standardize best practices across regions, recruit and develop operations personnel, empower teams to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and translate executive objectives into actionable plans. Leverage data and analytics to prioritize opportunities, measure progress, and communicate impact to leadership while maintaining a hands-on leadership presence on-site in Bend, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
- 5–10+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or industrial process improvement roles with increasing scope and responsibility
- Proven operational leadership experience, ideally including plant management or direct responsibility for manufacturing operations
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured improvement methodologies; certification strongly preferred
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, able to align diverse stakeholders and inspire accountability at all levels
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale change initiatives, from concept to execution, in multi-site or global environments
