Job Summary
Plant Training Coordinator to design, develop, and manage training programs for Forest Park, GA plant employees, including onboarding, safety training, and skills enhancement. Responsibilities include delivering training sessions and workshops, collaborating with department managers to identify training needs and skill gaps, maintaining records for compliance and certifications, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Qualifications include at least 2 years in manufacturing, proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience in technical writing, basic Visio knowledge, strong communication and facilitation skills, and an associate degree is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role on first shift in Forest Park, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Working experience in technical writing (software documentation)
- Basic knowledge of Visio
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Facilitation abilities
- Associate degree preferred
