Job Summary
The Plant Training Coordinator is responsible for overseeing training in Operations, Quality, and technical roles within a fast-paced production environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring new employees complete induction requirements and existing employees engage in cross-training, while maintaining accurate training materials in collaboration with plant leadership. The role involves developing and delivering training activities, managing training records through the Learning Management System, and assessing training effectiveness. Required skills include proficiency in Excel, Word, SAP, and strong project management capabilities. An undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred along with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 1-5 years of relevant work experience in training and/or Human Resources in a manufacturing environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in high-speed food/beverage manufacturing preferred.
- Demonstrated training experience in a production environment
- Strong project management skills, understands continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
