Job Summary
Analyze production processes, identify improvement opportunities, and investigate process deviations through root-cause analysis to formulate corrective and preventive measures. Develop technical justifications and risk analyses to clarify impacts on product quality and process performance. Collaborate closely with QA to evaluate, document, and handle deviations within a GMP/ICHQ7 environment. Implement process improvements, optimize operations, and support the scale-up of new products from R&D to industrial production. Maintain and enhance the quality management system, execute validation activities, and create operational procedures and work instructions. Generate performance reports, analyze trends, and advise management on production, equipment, and utility metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde mbo-4-, hbo- of wo-opleiding in Chemische Technologie, Procestechnologie, Chemie, Biotechnologie, Farmaceutische Technologie of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde manier van werken.
- Een nauwkeurige en kwaliteitsgerichte instelling.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met uiteenlopende disciplines.
- Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd actief de samenwerking op te zoeken.
- Proactieve houding en de nieuwsgierigheid om problemen tot de kern te analyseren.
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- GMP-, GxP-, ICHQ7- of vergelijkbare kwaliteitssystemen.
- Werken in een farmaceutische, medische, chemische of andere gereguleerde productieomgeving.
- Cleanroomomgevingen.
- ISO 9001.
- SCADA-systemen of andere procesbesturingssystemen.
- Polymeer- of chemische productieprocessen.
- Continuous improvement-methodieken zoals Lean of Six Sigma.
- Het uitvoeren van procesanalyses, validaties of verbeterprojecten.
