Plant Team Leader - Pendleton

Coordinate the activity of a processing team to achieve trailer-processing goals while maintaining safety and accurate load reporting. Supervise and train team members, direct evaluation and discipline as needed, motivate the team, unload trailers and process glass, PET and alum using plant equipment, ensure timely and accurate loads, and log/generate load sheets. Maintain OSHA safety standards and PPE compliance, communicate needs between forklift operators and teams, identify maintenance items, and drive efficient, safe operations with strong teamwork and communication. Schedule is Monday–Friday 6:00 am–2:30 pm; duties include ensuring proper PPE, safety compliance, and supporting drivers and routes. Education/Experience includes a HS diploma or GED preferred and forklift training; leadership, supervisory, and strong written/verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team; ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
