Job Summary
Coordinate and manage plant systems across people, process, and IT domains, leading training, change management, and reporting initiatives. Configure and maintain MES applications, including Wonderware (AVEVA) and Archestra, while developing SQL queries, dashboarding tools, and PLC programming for Allen Bradley and Siemens systems. Implement Plant Floor Control System concepts and statistical process control to drive operational excellence and reliability. Manage direct and indirect reports while ensuring alignment with EHS, quality, and inventory standards. Occasional travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, supply chain operations, and/or IT supply chain
- At least 5 years Engineering, supply chain operations, and/or IT supply chain
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
- Proven track record of project management
- Strong team building and training skills
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations and core processes
- Experience in systems configuration and maintenance
- Plant Floor Control System Concepts
- Wonderware (AVEVA) MES application development & troubleshooting
- Dashboarding tools (Tableau and Domo)
- Wonderware (Archestra, InBatch, Historian)
- SQL Queries and Table Structures
- Allen Bradley (RS Logics 500 & 5000)
- Siemens

Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree Engineering, supply chain operations, and/or IT supply chain
- Manage and develop direct and indirect reports
- Experience in operations management
- PLC Programming: B&R
- Strong proficiency in SAP usage and deep knowledge of SAP Transactions (Production Orders, Production Confirmations, Material Movements, Quality Notifications)
- Ability to work with various databases exchanging information through the network between IT systems and control systems in manufacturing departments
