Job Summary
Plant Supervisor responsible for overall management of the workforce in a Processing Plant, overseeing production, shipping, distribution, equipment and building maintenance, and record keeping. Reports to General Manager with a focus on safety, profitability, and operational excellence. Must lead multi-functional teams across Production, Engineering, Office Administration, and Delivery Drivers; manage scheduling, training, budgeting/P&L, and vendor/communication processes. Requires experience in production, maintenance, team leadership, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; willing to work second shift and rotating weekends. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential to drive efficiency and ensure a safe, compliant, and productive workplace.
Required Qualifications
- HS Grad or G.E.D. equivalent
- Management of Plant & Staff Positions
- Scheduling, training and mentoring of all associates
- Coordinate and insure all corporate training guidelines are being met for all associates
- Background in maintenance, preventative maintenance
- Valid driver’s license, with excellent driving record
- Must be able to pass drug screen whenever required
- Second shift and rotating weekends
- Strong management skills
- Hands on leadership
