Job Summary
Oversee all areas of plant operations during the 3rd shift, including material movement, transformation, preparation, maintenance, and safety checks. Collaborate with the Plant Manager to set daily goals, enforce company policies and ISO practices, and maintain high quality and housekeeping standards. Manage employees through hiring, termination, coaching, and discipline while reporting machine downtime and handling emergent situations. Ensure safe warehouse equipment use, enforce breaks, and identify cost reduction opportunities. Work in varying temperatures and environments to maximize resource efficiency and maintain security.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing company
