Job Summary
Site Supervisor for Air Products' Monroe, WI liquid carbon dioxide facility; responsible for day-to-day plant and terminal operations, safety and environmental compliance, maintenance budgeting, troubleshooting plant process problems, supervising daily activities, interfacing with customers and the commercial team, developing and mentoring staff, and driving operational excellence. Requires a High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of operations/maintenance experience in an industrial plant; engineering/technical degree preferred; role includes on-call and weekend coverage and on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant operations and maintenance experience in an industrial plant
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- A degree in engineering or a technical field is preferred but not required
- Military experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
