Job Summary
Support end-to-end plant setup activities including infrastructure, utilities, and equipment installation while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely execution. Assist in planning and monitoring project timelines, track progress of ongoing activities, and report updates to management. Provide operational support across departments, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and assist in documentation, compliance, and process standardization. Manage electrical systems setup and maintain proper implementation. Adapt to different roles and functions based on business needs in later stages.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in plant setup / factory establishment
- Strong understanding of electrical systems
- Must have own transportation and be mobile for site coordination
- Good project coordination and execution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Fluent and clear English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing / fabrication / engineering industry
- Exposure to greenfield or brownfield plant setup projects
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
