Job Summary
Carpenter performing framing, drywall hanging/finishing, woodworking and finishing, dropped ceiling installation, and commercial flooring, plus painting and wallpaper installation; assist with maintenance across facility systems including basic plumbing and HVAC, and assist with branding updates and special projects. Must follow safety and infection-control procedures, maintain a clean/workspace, and be able to work independently with attention to detail. Requires 3+ years of commercial construction/building maintenance experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a background check; flexibility to work occasional weekends or after-hours; located in Viroqua, WI.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial construction or building maintenance
- Skilled in drywall, commercial flooring, painting, and general repairs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or after-hours when needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
