Job Summary
Clean assigned facilities and grounds, including offices, restrooms, conference rooms, warehouses, and outdoor areas, to maintain a sanitary, safe, and attractive environment. Deliver supplies, chemicals, bags, catering items, mail, packages, and furniture to nearby buildings. Perform duties as assigned by management, including adapting to spread-out facilities and working independently under minimal supervision. This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to lift between 50+ pounds. Work the day shift from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience in industrial settings
- 1-3 years' experience in janitorial or similar role
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the position
- Must be able to lift, push and pull between 50+ pounds
- Effective reading and oral communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and to demonstrate responsibility for outcomes
- Ability to work safely, following established safety practices and procedures
