Job Summary
Monitor inventories, track production progress, and allocate unfinished tube to customer orders while managing aged inventory and claim returns. Plan and establish production schedules to balance customer requirements with inventory policies, then analyze short-term constraints to establish resolution recommendations. Review material movement and supply chain processes to identify problems and develop solutions, while maintaining data integrity within scheduling tools. Communicate shortages and overages to sales for disposition and prepare reports on aged inventory for PRI meetings. Collaborate cross-functionally with Inventory Control, Operations, and Sales to meet business goals and execute agreed solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business, Supply Chain or related discipline preferred
- 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, manufacturing setting
- Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Prioritize safety in every action
- Maintain strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- SAP and APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) Systems, a plus
