Job Summary
Plant relief person knowledgeable in every plant role; follows SOPs; pasteurizes milk/products; samples and weighs products; performs multiple shifts as needed including sanitation, receiving, HTST cleanup, evaporator/dryer operation, liquid and powder processing, palletizing, rework, janitorial tasks; may cover vacations and work in powder plant department; keeps area clean and orderly; assists with break/lunch relief; completes paperwork; adheres to safety, SQF/QA, GMP, and production policies; maintains equipment and documents; capable of operating and assembling equipment; basic math/technical skills required; must meet California license requirements for forklift, pasteurizer, weigher/sampler, Charm Test, Yard Truck; must have valid California Class C driver’s license; able to work in various temperatures and environments with PPE and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift operator license
- Pasteurizer’s License (California)
- Weigher’s and Sampler’s License (California)
- Charm Test certification (California)
- Yard Truck Certification
- Driver’s License Class C (California)
- English language proficiency
