Job Summary
Support and guide CNH Industrial manufacturing plants in North America by applying quality tools, methodologies, and processes. Conduct root cause and data analysis to identify resolutions, implement countermeasures against defects, and maintain audit-ready quality management systems. Advocate for dealers and farmers by improving feedback systems, utilizing metrics to judge performance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. Perform time studies, train engineers on benchmarking, and assist with product launches and process improvements, including trialing new software interfaces. Telecommute two days per week with travel to US/Canada manufacturing sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- 6 years of experience as a quality engineer or related occupation with heavy equipment in agriculture
- 6 years of experience with agriculture equipment repair, including tractor operation and build
- 6 years of experience liaising with dealer technicians and regional service managers
- 6 years of experience with Telematics for design and troubleshooting
- 6 years of experience with CANBUS and ISOBUS
- 6 years of experience with hydraulics theory, application, troubleshooting, and cleanliness specifications
- 6 years of experience with automotive AIAG standards
- 6 years of experience with ISO 9001:2015 standards
- 6 years of experience with electrical theory and diagnostics in automotive manufacturing
- 6 years of experience with digital volt meters, calipers, diagnostic tools, Qlik Sens, Miro, and Power BI
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to travel to US/Canada as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ProPlanner and control charts within a value stream
- Experience with digital volt meters, calipers, diagnostic tools, Qlik Sens, Miro, and Power BI
