Plant Project Engineer - API

Job Summary
Capex project execution focus within API manufacturing at Bracco’s plant, leading feasibility studies, budget/GANTT approvals, technical specification development, P&ID updates, equipment/material procurement, tender documentation, construction, commissioning/qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and handover to production. Coordinate SMEs, external engineering companies, and maintain compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and EU regulations; manage cost control and scheduling, ensure vendor relations, and document transfer to site archive. Strong knowledge of chemical-pharmaceutical plant design, PFDs/P&IDs, automation and process control, SAP, and safety regulations. Fluent in English and Italian; MSc in Chemical Engineering with 4+ years in API environments preferred.
Required Qualifications
- MSc Degree in Chemical Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in an equivalent role within API production plants (preferred) or an Engineering Company.
