Job Summary
Perform scheduled and non-scheduled daily tasks while maintaining awareness of assigned equipment to ensure efficient operation within the commercial laundry plant. Execute preventive maintenance and emergent repairs, including addressing jams, belt failures, and missing ironer tape. Assist technical and mechanical personnel, including outside vendors, and maintain accurate maintenance logs for incomplete tasks and new problems. Notify Production Supervisors immediately regarding equipment status impacting production or causing downtime. Operate tools and equipment safely while adhering to lockout/tag out and confined space entry procedures.
