Plant/Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise daily plant and production activities to ensure operational efficiency, monitor targets, and adhere to quality standards. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations. Manage production staff, prepare periodic performance reports, and identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with 3–5 years of manufacturing experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership skills and proficiency in process monitoring. Experience in agro-processing or food processing is an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a manufacturing or processing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, plant operations, preventive maintenance, and quality control systems
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in reporting, process monitoring, and performance optimization
