Plant Production Superintendent, Plastics Bag Making

Conduct daily GEMBA engagements, perform audits for Standard Work and Housekeeping, and manage shift scorecards to ensure production runs safely, on time, and within budget. Oversee materials and inventory, schedule overtime based on demand, and collect data to reduce cost per unit while maintaining quality assurance protocols. Lead the production team through SABA safety training, support attendance write-ups, and drive continuous improvement across Converting and Extrusion operations.
