Job Summary
Manage daily raw materials and packaging inventory, issuing purchase orders and coordinating with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and address line changes. Monitor min/max levels based on shelf life and storage constraints, while ensuring all SAP transactions are completed accurately. Collaborate with corporate departments and the logistics team to align production plans with customer demand and transfer materials between facilities. Resolve invoice discrepancies with corporate A/P and maintain the vendor list. Work nights, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7 operations.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- A bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain management, food science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within a high-speed food / beverage / CPG manufacturing environment
- At least 2 years' experience with SAP Themis and APO or other similar ERP system
- Prior experience in inventory reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy
- Ability to work flexible schedules as needed to support 24/7 plant operations
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain management, food science or related field
- Familiarity with government guidelines on aseptic processing or raw materials storage requirements
