Job Summary
Drill, sandblast, and spray paint using power tools while aligning, sealing, and mixing concrete for structural components. Signal equipment operators, tend pumps and generators, and apply caulking compounds to surfaces. Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, and traffic barricades; load, unload materials, and clean construction sites to eliminate hazards. Lubricate machinery, follow safety regulations, and wear a respirator as required. Work long, flexible hours including nights, weekends, and extended outdoor periods in all seasons. Must be 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and possess a good work ethic.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 21 years old
- Must be eligible to drive a company vehicle
- Valid license and clean driving record
- Must be willing to work nights
- Must have the willingness and be available to work long hours or weekends if required
- Must be dependable with a good work ethic
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Must be willing to follow directions and learn
- Must have the ability to continuously work around noise, dust, heat, cold, oil and heavy equipment
- Must have the ability to exchange ideas quickly and clearly
- Must have the ability to receive and evaluate detailed information and instructions
- Must be able to wear a respirator
- Must be able to pull and lift or move heavy weight material with frequent lifting or moving materials or equipment (up to 80 pounds)
