Job Summary
Plant P&O Manager responsible for implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company procedures, supporting management in industrial and union relations, managing recruitment, selection and onboarding, contributing to training planning and employee development, monitoring HR metrics and reporting, supporting performance management and organizational development, and promoting employee engagement, welfare, and workplace culture. Requires a degree in Economics, Law, Humanities or related disciplines, 5–6 years of experience in complex industrial/multinational environments, strong English proficiency, analytical capabilities for HR data and reporting, and solid organizational skills; travel to the San Vito al Tagliamento Moulded Glass Plant is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities or related disciplines
- 5/6 years of experience in roles within complex industrial and multinational environments
- Good knowledge of English language
- Analytical skills and ability to manage HR data and reporting
- Good organizational skills
- Availability to travel to San Vito al Tagliamento (PN) Moulded Glass Plant
