Job Summary
Lead and supervise facility maintenance in a healthcare setting, coordinating preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Responsible for advanced troubleshooting of critical hospital systems (generators, boilers, closed-loop heating), ensuring regulatory readiness and compliance, coordinating with vendors and contractors, mentoring Tier I-III technicians, and participating in capital projects and energy management. Emphasizes patient and resident comfort, infection control, HIPAA adherence, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining safe, efficient operations in a hospital environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 3 years of previous maintenance experience
- 1 year in Healthcare leadership recommended
- In-depth knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC
